Fit Friday: Weight-lifting Workout Playlist

When it comes to working out, I think a good workout playlist goes a long way. It helps to keep you focused and motivated - and can even make you push yourself harder and harder. 

Personally I love pretty much all kinds of music, but if I'm lifting weight then my music of choice is often hip hop, or metal. Because I'm going through a bit of an old school hip hop craze at the moment I thought it'd be fun to share what's on my workout playlist (which, by the way, is called Get Yo' Sweat On).
